Registration in 2 Steps

Step 1

Pay Team Registration Fee

  • Team Registration will remain open until our roster is full.

  • Your place on the Team will be reserved when you pay your Registration Fee.

  • Please note that late fees may apply if registration is paid after uniforms have been ordered.

  • If you are registering more than one cheerleader and/or football player in your family, you will receive a $50 discount on the registration fee for your 2nd child, 3rd child, and each additional child in that same sport.

    For example, if the registration fee for your first child is $350, then the fee for your 2nd child will be $300, and each child after will be $300.

    β€’ Please note that this discount applies to multiple children in the same sport only.

    β€’ Siblings must be registered simultaneously in order to qualify for the Sibling Discount.

    β€’ The Sibling Discount can be combined with the Early Bird Discount.

  • As a general rule, Clovis Cowboys does not allow refunds on registration fees (unless the season is cancelled by organization). However, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Clovis Cowboys if uniforms have not been ordered yet. In this case the refund would be credited back to the card that was used at the time of registration.

  • If you need help paying your fees, fundraising opportunities are available. For more information, please email us.

  • Registration is our team’s primary source of funds, followed by fundraisers and donations/sponsorships. All together, these funds pay for the following:

    β€’ Personalized jerseys and pants for team members

    β€’ Purchase of new equipment, safety and uniform items

    β€’ Required league insurance and registration fees

    β€’ Practice fields including janitor fees for restroom access during practice

    β€’ Fees for home game facility and janitorial use

    β€’ Referee and sports trainer fees for home games

    β€’ Coaching background checks and ID cards 

    β€’ Website and online registration expenses

    β€’ End-of-year team banquet 

    Clovis Cowboys is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit volunteer organization that is funded by registered participants, donations, fundraisers, and sponsorships.

    The Board of Directors and Coaches work on a volunteer basis and are not provided any compensation for their participation in the program.

    All board members and support staff pay full registration fees just like you.

    The costs involved in running a new team range from $50,000 to $60,000.

    Keep in mind all helmets, pads and equipment will be brand new for the 2024 season.

Step 2

Complete Team Registration Packet

All parents must complete the Registration Packet in its entirety for players to be eligible to participate in team activities.

  • You may complete the Registration Packet digitally and email your completed packet to us.

  • You may also print out the Registration Packet and fill it out by hand. Please bring your completed packet to the first day of practice.
